Au niveau de la carte-mère, je croise les connecteurs SATA de mon disque dur Samsung HD 103UJ et du graveur (HL-DT-ST DVDRAM_GSA-H60N). Motif : je me dis que ça ne plait peut-être pas à Ubuntu que le disque dur soit en "Slave" et c'est peut-être pour ça qu'il a du mal avec lui.
Au redémarrage du PC, le résultat dans le Bios montre bien le croisement :

A comparer avec le dmesg au début du post #1, ça semble plus tranquille la reconnaissance des deux disques durs mais moi je ne comprends pas pourquoi Ubuntu ne savait pas gérer la config précédente. Je ne peux pas affirmer que le problème est résolu. C'est sûr qu'à l'instant, ça ne merdouille plus alors que ce matin ça merdait un coup sur deux mais il faut que j'attende quelques jours pour confirmer.
