hibernation sur un ibook avec edgy

Bonjour,

J'ai des réveils difficiles depuis mon passage vers edgy.
Écran noir & reboot (ctrl + Pomme + alimentation). C'est assez aléatoire.
J'ai suivi le tutoriel UUID & hibernation (http://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/uuid_et_label?s=hibernation) sans succès.
Des idées ?

chez moi ça marche nickel, donc ça doit pas étre insurmontable.

Il est vrai que j'ai un peu bidouillé dans mon xorg.conf, pour activer le défilement du trackpad, sans succès.
Il doit me manquer un module dans le noyau et/ou modèle d'ibook trop ancien.

j'ai la même carte graphique que toi. donc a priori, jee te confirmes que tu ne pourras pas activer le défilement avec le touchpad.

sinon, je ne vois pas d'erreur dans ton fichier.. elle peuvent m'échapper.

tu devrait le sauvegarder

sudo cp /etc/X11/xorg.conf /etc/X11/xorg.conf.bak

puis en générer un propre:

sudo rm /etc/X11/xorg.conf
sudo dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg

Moi aussi, je reste perplexe. C'est vraiment aléatoire, une fois sur cinq ?
C'est l'extinction qui pose problème, l'écran ne se coupe pas correctement. Il est noir mais pas éteint.
La combinaison Ctrl + Pomme + Mise sous tension provoque un reboot. Est-ce mauvais pour mon système ?

je ne pense pas que ça fasse grand mal a ton ibook, non. mais c'est génant tt de même.. tu perd ton travail en cours, j'imagine.

as tu vérifier la config de gnome-power-manager? (l'applet de batterie)
chez moi, c'est réglé pour n'entrez en hibernation que batterie débranchée.

Merci, j'ai une sauvegarde de l'xorg.conf avant bidouillage, et j'ai "débranché" l'hibernation à la fermeture de l'écran. J'étais surtout inquiet pour mon système de fichier...

Oui, c'est en rapport avec la charge/décharge de la batterie. Si je suis sur le secteur, j'ai plus de chance de rencontrer un problème. Si je suis sur la batterie seulement, il n'y a aucun souci.
