On n'y voit pas le contenu du fichier grub.cfg ni le contenu du fichier fstab parce que Boot-Info ne sait pas gérer correctement une installation faite sur un composant de stockage

Cette fonctionnalité merdique ne sert à rien dans le cas d'une installation de Ubuntu seul dans un ordi et moi c'est la première chose que j'aurais désactivée, Cela dit, tu peux laisser "Secure Boot" activé puisque Ubuntu est compatible "Secure Boot" et que ça marche bien comme ça.

ICI est équipé d'un processeur
Intel Atom x5-Z8350 ; le partie graphique "Intel HD Graphics" est intégrée sur la même puce que le processeur (il n'y a pas de "carte graphique" dédiée)
