Bonjour, mon ordinateur pop, sous Ubuntu, ne détecte aucun réseau wifi. Auparavant, ça fonctionnait mais je ne sais pas ce qui a causé ce changement. Cependant, en ethernet j'ai accès à internet.

Merci d'avance à ceux qui peuvent m'aider à comprendre et résoudre ce problème !

Il faut fournir, en te servant du Retour utilisable de commande, un [doc]wificheck[/doc] rassemblant les informations > Configuration wifi.

Nota : un fichier wificheck.log est créé dans votre répertoire personnel, collez l'intégralité de son contenu dans votre discussion.

Pour le noyau 4.14.0-041400 :

La Doc UKUU a écritInstaller et utiliser une autre version de noyau est à réserver aux utilisateurs avertis.
Ne pas installer un noyau d'une architecture différente de celui déjà pré-installé.
L'installation du noyau d'une autre version d'Ubuntu rend impossible l'installation des pilotes supplémentaires, qui seront toujours "activés" mais pas en cours d'utilisation.

Tu n'as rien de proposé dans le gestionnaire_de_pilotes_proprietaires ?

Non, il n'y a rien de proposer.

Et j'ai fini ma scolarité, donc impossible d'aller voir l'animateur POP, surtout que c'est les vacances...

Ah il faut que tu réussisses à contacter cette personne, afin d'avoir (enfin) le mot de passe du bios. Ça permettra de réinstaller facilement, et tu verras que ça permettra de dégager les configs bloquantes et remettre les choses au propre.
As tu fait quelque chose de spécial avant que la wifi disparaisse?
