Les fichiers de démarrage de [L'OS actuellement utilisé - Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS] sont loin du début du disque. Votre BIOS pourrait ne pas les détecter. Vous voudrez peut-être re-essayer après avoir créé une partition /boot (EXT4, >200MB, en début de disque). Cela peut être réalisé via des outils tels que gParted. Je pense que ton petit problème "j'ai un écran qui affiche grub avec l'invite de commande et il me faut entrer exit pour obtenir l'écran où l'on choisit entre les différentes options de démarrage." est dû au fait que le démarrage se fait sur le disque dur Samsung alors qu'il devrait se faire sur le SSD. Interviens dans ton Bios pour que le SSD "CT250MX500SSD1" soit en priorité de démarrage devant le disque dur "SAMSUNG HD103SJ". Le démarrage sur le disque dur n'est pas possible parce que l'installation de Ubuntu qui se trouve sur ce disque n'a pas de fichier de configuration de Grub (pas de fichier grub.cfg) comme on peut le constater dans cet extrait :

Je pense que tu devrais supprimer cette installation bancale pour ne conserver que celle qui se trouve dans le SSD.
