Dans ton script si je n'installe pas xclip j'ai une erreur du type xclip.pm.
si je retire la dépendance xclip voilà ce que j'ai:

Can't exec "xclip": Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type at /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/Clipboard/Xclip.pm line 30.
Can't find the 'xclip' script. Clipboard.pm's X support depends on it.

ton problème vient du paquet
perl-spiffy, tu as eu ce problème en installant
perl-clipboard
